1] Does Quiver Full Offer Storage?
Yes we do. You can find more information in Storage.
2] Does Quiver Full Offer a Packing Service?
Yes we do. You can find more information in Full Service Packing.
3] What If I Make Changes After The Movers Arrive?
In the situation where either necessity or desire have changed what you would like for us to move then we will gladly adjust accordingly.

However, additions to your original list will result in an increase in the final cost in your move. Likewise, reductions in your original list will result in a reduction in your final cost.

If at all possible please let us know of any changes to your move as soon as you become aware of them.

Our crews often have multiple jobs in one day and any changes to your job will affect every other job during that day. We rely on having accurate details about your move in order to plan crew schedules and job times accurately and to keep our prices competitive. Naturally you will save more money on your move by letting us know of any changes as early as possible.
4] Should I Empty My Chest of Drawers or Dresser?
Clothes, Linens, and other fabric items may remain in the drawers of your furniture.

All other items such as books, movies, loose change, jewelry, and firearms and ammunition should be removed.

Never use drawers as extra packing space. The extra weight will harm the furniture during transit, and make the piece much harder to move.
5] Does My Furniture Need to be Disassembled Prior to My Move?
Furniture does not have to be disassembled prior to your move; our crews come equipped with the tools and experience necessary to take down and reassemble your furniture. For most typical furniture, this service is included in the price of your move.

If you prefer, you may disassemble beds and remove the mirrors from dressers before the movers arrive. It will almost certainly speed up your move, which can be helpful if you are being charged hourly instead of a set price. However, if you did not have time to get things taken apart before our crew arrives we prefer that you allow us to finish for you.

Please be aware that we can only reassemble furniture that we disassembled.
6] Do My Washer and Dryer Need to Be Disconnected Prior to My Move?
For customers moving to and from a single family residence, we can disconnect and reconnect your washer and dryer for an additional fee of $15.00 per set, otherwise they will need to be disconnected ahead of time.
Due to liability issues we cannot disconnnect or reconnect washing machines in an apartment or other multifamily style residence. For more details on this policy please contact our office.
7] Does Quiver Full Disconnect or Reconnect Refrigerator Icemakers?
We can disconnect many, but not all, refrigerator icemakers before moving them. However, icemakers are prone to leaking, so for liability reasons we cannot reconnect them. For more details on this policy please contact our office.
8] Should I Take the Drawers Out of My Furniture?
No, please leave the drawers in your furniture.

Removing the drawers actually weakens furniture during transit, and it creates unnecessary extra work.
9] Should I Empty My Refrigerator or Freezer?
All refrigerators and freezers must to be emptied prior to the move.

Items left inside tend to either break or otherwise damage the interiors of the refrigerators and freezers they are left in.

Please lock all freezer doors closed; if they are capable of doing so.
10] Should I Empty Hanging File Cabinets?
Hanging files may stay in their cabinet so long as the cabinet can be securely latched or locked shut.
11] Should I Empty Desk Drawers?
Please empty all desk draws. Things like files, paper, pens, pencils, and other loose items are very heavy and tend not to stay in the desk during transit.
12] Does Quiver Full Move Hanging Clothes?
We will not move clothing unless they are packed in wardrobe boxes, suitcases or some other form of protective box.

Garbage bags are not sufficient for packing clothing.
13] Will the Movers Remove Their Shoes in My New Home?
This is actually a more complicated issue than you would initially suspect as federal law actually prohibits us from removing our shoes on the job.

As per OSHA standard 1910.136(a): "General requirements. The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses protective footwear when working in areas where there is a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole, and where such employee's feet are exposed to electrical hazards."

That stated we do everything in our power to keep your floors clean. In our many years of doing business we have implemented quite a few policies and tricks of the trade in order to protect the interior of your new home.

One thing that you can do to help is ensure that your driveway, sidewalks, and all other walkways are clean, dry, and free of mud or dirt. You can also check to make sure that the sprinkler system is not scheduled to run before or during your move.
14] Are You Insured or Bonded?
Quiver Full is fully insured and registered with the Texas DoT (#000537640B).

We meet or exceed all current Texas State Law insurance requirements for moving companies. Bonding is defined by the US Department of Labor as "an insurance agreement guaranteeing repayment for financial loss caused to the covered organization by the act or failure to act of a third person. Bonding is used to protect the financial operations of companies and unions." http://www.dol.gov/olms/regs/compliance/bonding.htm#b We are not bonded. Bonding protects companies. Insurance protects customers.

15] What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Cash, and Checks (with a valid driver's license).

We do not currently accept Discover or American Express
